Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to select areas within India (Delhi NCR). Please enter your pin code at checkout to verify if we deliver to your location.

Delivery Timelines: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Your order may be subject to delays in case of bad weather conditions/ busy festive season/ inevitable traffic conditions. Please co-operate with us in this case, we will keep you posted about the same.

Delivery Date: We use a third party for delivering your order (Delhivery, in our case), hence it is not possible to choose an exact delivery timing for delivery.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Usually the delivery charges are between ₹150-250.

Delivery Partners: We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery partner.

Delivery Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. To track your parcel, you will receive emails from both Fudge & Crumbs and Delhivery containing a tracking link/number.

Delivery Instructions: You can provide special delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the doorstep, deliver to a neighbour) during checkout. However, we cannot guarantee that the delivery partner will be able to accommodate all requests.

Failed Deliveries: If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your order due to reasons beyond their control (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to receive the order), they will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. After two failed attempts, your order will be returned to us, and as it is a perishable good we cannot arrange for re-delivery and no refund will be provided.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and once we are satisfied, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
