Meet Anshita Rao, the founder, the master baker, and the creative force behind Fudge & Crumbs. Since her early childhood days, she had been ardently cultivating her passion of experimenting with flavors and perfecting recipes under her mother’s guidance. After her Business studies from Lancaster University and completing her post-graduation in Law from Indraprastha Law College in Greater Noida, it felt natural to her to turn that passion into something meaningful. As the romance of flavours and culinary art were already brewing deeply in her dream, she didn’t hesitate to recognize her inspiration for creative outlet and soon identified gastronomy as the vehicle for her travels.

Anshita followed her keystone-central idea to create a world-class bakery, which would reflect her own vision that every bite there would be a celebration of global desserts, and finally Fudge & Crumbs was established in June, 2024. So building a bakery of her own was about more than just ideating a thriving business; it was a way to create a sense of unsurpassed indulgence through the fine art of baking that aims to set a luxuriant benchmark for great sensory experience and excellence in every bite of her innovative artisanal treat, crafted meticulously with the freshest and finest organic ingredients, a keen focus on the global standards of quality and a generous personal touch. Her signature style focuses on the use of natural ingredients and bringing out their flavors in all of her baked masterpieces.
