1.  Are your brownies made fresh daily, or are they baked in advance?

Our brownies are made fresh every day as per your order and shipped the same day.

2. What is the shelf-life of your brownies?

Our brownie keeps good for 4-5 days at room temperature and can be frozen for up to 2 months.

3. How best to enjoy your brownies?

You can enjoy our brownies at room temperature or even chilled but the best way to enjoy our brownies is to microwave for 20-25 seconds and have it warm.

4. How should I store my brownies to keep them fresh?

You can store our brownies at room temperature or if it is too hot in your area then you can chill them in the refrigerator and warm them up in the microwave right before having them.

5. Are your brownies gluten-free?

Yes, we do offer a few gluten-free options which you can check by selecting the brownie flavour that you’d like to order.

6. Do you have any nut-free options for customers with allergies?

We do have several nut-free options for you that you can find on our website.

7. Do you ship your brownies, and if so, what is the shipping process?

Yes, we do ship our brownies but our shipping is limited to Delhi NCR region only. Your order will be shipped the next day after you place your order with us.

8. How do I track my order?

To track your parcel, you will receive emails from both Fudge & Crumbs and Delhivery containing a tracking link/number.

9. Do you offer customization for large orders or special events?

Yes, we do offer customisation for orders having 100 or more brownies.

10. Do you offer any discounts on bulk orders?

Yes, you can definitely ask for discounts while placing a bulk order with us and we will be happy to offer the best price possible.
