Return, refund and cancellation policy

Please Understand: Due to the perishable nature of our offerings, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns.

Here’s How We Address Your Concerns:

Though direct refunds and returns are not part of our policy, your satisfaction remains our core priority. Below are the pathways we have established to ensure your experience with us is always positive:

Order Cancellation

  • Pre-Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Given the care and preparation that goes into each order, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice cannot be accommodated.

Order Discrepancies

  • Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will strive to rectify the mistake promptly, ensuring you receive the correct item you ordered.
  • Quality Concerns: We pride ourselves on the quality of our baked goods. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Provide us with your order details and a description of the issue. While a direct refund is not possible, we will do our utmost to address your concerns, which may include a replacement for the item in question or a credit for future use, depending on the circumstances.

ISSUES OR FAULTS

Our team will be more than happy to resolve any issues. Please email us within 24 hours of your delivery: 1) Picture showing fault 2) Order number. We review all complaints and may ask you to ship back the product to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to manager review.

Handling & Storage Instructions

To ensure the best experience with our bakery items, please follow the handling and storage instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot be responsible for products that are not stored or handled properly after they leave our bakery.

Custom Orders

All sales are final for custom orders, including but not limited to, custom-made brownies, personalized cookies, and special orders tailored to your specifications. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction before the order is finalized and prepared.
